Hello Friend!

We hope you’ve been able to practice some self care this past week. During this super busy time of year, it’s important for us to take a few minutes and appreciate all the beauty around us, while wiping our sweaty brow ;)

The sunflowers and zinnias are filling up the garden, right along with the beets, swiss chard, beans and carrots. Tomatoes are still green and waiting to ripen.

It’s really amazing how much food you can grow in your own back yard. Or in pots on the porch. So, get out there and plant!

We will be bringing flowers, veggies, eggs, whole chickens and chicken cuts to the Market Square Farmers Market this Saturday June 25. Stop by and say HI.
